The Charles Butt Scholarship for Aspiring Teachers provides scholarships, professional development, mentoring and other support to future teachers at 11 teacher preparation programs across the state. 

Raising School Leaders provides leadership development for Texas school leaders, including sponsoring attendance to summer institutes at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Raising Blended Learners is a demonstration initiative to showcase strategies for using blended learning to improve student achievement across diverse student demographics and geographic regions in the state, particularly among schools and districts with persistent achievement gaps.
